Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. Business days being defined as Monday - Friday, excluding government holidays. 
Upon order submission, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive confirmation, please reach out to us at: zenfaire@gmail.com to ensure your order has processed correctly. 
Customer support emails are checked daily. During high traffic times in the year, we appreciate your patience and will respond as quickly as possible.
  • All transit times are estimated business days
  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed
  • Shipping rates are subject to change at anytime
  • Deliveries will not be made to P.O. Boxes
  • Delivery signature is required on orders over $500

 Domestic Shipping Policy: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. Please check back with us, as we will be shipping international in the near future. 

Returns

We always want you to be happy! If we can do better with your experience at Zenfaire for any reason, please contact us.
  • If any items arrive damaged or missing, let us know ASAP to further assist.
  • Final Sale & Clearance items cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Returns made within 21 days of your placed order will be refunded with store credit only in the form of a Zenfaire gift card.
  • Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags, and stickers. With a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Zenfaire.com is not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • You can send returns back via any carrier.
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
